How do you want to report?

You choose how much of your identity SafeSignal holds. You can raise a concern without giving your name at all.

You do not sign in. We store only a one-way hash of your private recovery link, so you can return to your case and message HR without ever revealing who you are.

One thing to keep in mind

Even in Anonymous mode, the details you write can indirectly identify you — for example dates, locations, team size, or events only a few people witnessed. Share what you need to, and leave out details you are not comfortable with.

You need your organisation's private reporting link to submit a report. Ask your HR team for it, or request a demo for your organisation.

If someone is in immediate danger

SafeSignal is not an emergency service and is not monitored 24/7. If there is a risk to life or safety, or a crime in progress, contact your local emergency services and your organisation's security or safety team straight away.

Retaliation is not allowed

You are entitled to raise a concern in good faith without being victimised, punished, sidelined or dismissed for doing so. If anything like that happens after you report, raise a new concern and say it is about retaliation — retaliation is treated as a serious matter in its own right.

SafeSignal does not decide who is right

SafeSignal records what you report and helps your organisation handle it fairly. It does not determine whether an allegation is true. Any risk labels are triage aids, not findings. Only a human review by your organisation can reach a finding.
